Customizable Laundry
- If you like your laundry done a certain way, there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have specific laundry instructions. These are saved and will be repeated with each order.
- There is also a place where you can give us instructions that only apply to your current order, pointing out a stain that you would like us to treat, for instance.
- We neatly fold all of your clothes unless you ask us to hang any items. It is a $1.00 an item for hanging.

Convenience
- You do NOT have to be home to use our laundry pick up and delivery service. Just put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so the driver knows where to find it.
- Your clean laundry will be returned to you in 24 hours, unless you have a Friday pickup. Friday pickups are returned on Monday.
- Same day service is available for an additional $20 flat fee. Your clothes must be picked up before 10:00 a.m.
