We offer our pickup and delivery laundry service Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We are currently servicing Kittery, Kittery Point, all three Yorks, Eliot and Portsmouth — Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, next day delivery.

$2.40 per pound for next-day service as needed, $40 minimum order fee.

All laundry is washed in cold water and dried on medium heat unless otherwise requested. All laundry is washed with professional Free & Clear detergent and scent free dryer sheets unless otherwise requested.
Luxury and Premium scented detergents are available for an extra fee per pound.
Yes, there is a $40.00 minimum order fee for next day pick-up & delivery service.
Same day pickup and delivery is an additional .75 per pound + the $40 minimum order fee.
Your clean, fresh laundry is returned to you the next day. If you have a Friday pickup, your laundry is returned to you on Monday.
Yes, in some cases there are larger items that are charged on a per item basis. Primarily, these items include:
• King Size Comforter: $45
• Queen/Full Comforter: $35
• Twin Comforter: $20
• Mattress Pad/Duvets/Throw Blankets: $20
• Sleeping Bag: $15
The reason we charge separately for these items is because they require washing and drying to be separated from the rest of your order. Comforters in particular take several hours to dry on low setting, which is why it’s an industry standard to charge them a separate rate.
We will launder small bathmats and small throw rugs as long as they have a tag that specifies that they are machine washable: $5.00 each.

Laundry Limo Laundry Bag: $10 each. Free when you sign up for Recurring Pickup Service
On the day of your scheduled pick-up, a Laundry Limo driver will arrive sometime in the allotted window of time.
Simply have your items ready in a bag of your choice (garbage bags, reusable, etc.). Please separate any stained items or items that need special care. We are not able to read individual label washing instructions.
Make sure to double check your pockets! Laundry Limo is NOT responsible for items lost in the wash or damaged by things left in pockets (chapstick, crayons, markers, pens, lipstick, gum, etc). We will try our best to make sure nothing but your laundry enters the machines.
From there, your laundry will be out of your hands!
Next day, your driver will bring everything back to you during your confirmed delivery time. A text will be sent when your laundry is en route and again, once your delivery has been made.

Clients that prefer to keep their undergarments private may send them inside
a mesh laundry bag along with a note requesting we wash, dry & return the undergarments in your mesh bag. These items will never be taken out of the bag unless instructed to do so.
Yes! We do light stain removal, on a per item basis. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by including a note in the bag or on your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out. It is very useful to know the exact source of each stain, since the best treatment will vary by the type of stain and the fabric type. While we’re usually successful at removing
stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stains before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success
No, we do not iron.
When customer’s laundry is received, it is weighed before laundering to determine the initial weight. After the laundering process is complete, the items are weighed again to determine the final weight.
Your order will be charged based on the final weight after laundering is complete. Many times, laundry can be wet when we receive it, which is why we do not charge based on the incoming weight.
Hang-dry/Air-dry: Air-dry items are $1 each.
After laundering with the rest of your clothes, Air Dry items will be hung up to dry and returned to you on a hanger or folded.
Our Air-Dry service is recommended for delicates and some synthetics. Air Dry items are NOT pressed after drying, just folded, so they may be returned with wrinkles.
Trash bags work best or any kind or cinchable bag. Don't worry about labeling or tagging your bags our driver will do that for you!
We also have a reusable bags for sale. Our Laundry Limo bag holds approximately 25-30 lbs. and costs $10.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept items not bagged, laundry baskets or laundry hampers.
No, this is supposed to be easy for you. Leave the sorting to us!
Absolutely! We will ensure your hanging items are returned back to you on your own hangers!
If personal hangers are not sent in, Laundry Limo will provide wire hangers, each hung item is $1. You are more than welcome to return hangers with your next order to be reused.
Your pickup/drop off location should be a safe and secure location where you feel comfortable leaving your personal items. While this is different for everyone, customers often leave their orders at their front door, on their porch, or inside a secure, gated area.
Please note that our drivers are not able to enter any privately owned spaces or residences, so they are not able to enter your home, apartment, car, garage, etc.
Most customers are not home during their pickup or delivery! You can leave instructions for the driver if needed when you place your order (such as, side door on porch, etc.)
If you have a wreath hanger on your front/side door, we will hang your clothes there. Otherwise we will carefully drape your hanging items over your bagged folded clothes. Both your hanging items and the folded items will be protected in plastic garment bags.
These things happen, of course. We send email and text reminders to help make sure you don’t forget, but life can sometimes get in the way.
To compensate your driver’s time, there will be a $10 missed pickup fee. We can reschedule the pickup for the following week - on your normal route day. If you'd like your items washed that week, we can return later that day or the following day for an additional $10 rush fee.
Your credit card is charged once your order is complete. If the credit card is declined (expired, lost, account closed or insufficient funds), your order does not get moved to the delivery phase. You can update your payment info by accessing your account or calling us. Once your payment has been received, your order will be delivered the next business day

A single person’s laundry is generally10-15 lbs. per week. For a family of 4-5, an average is approximately 40-45 lbs. per week. If you’d like an estimate before we pick-up your laundry, simply place your hamper on your home scale. We will weigh your order with our Trade Certified Scale once we receive your order, and you will be emailed a detailed receipt upon order completion.
We recommend unbagging your items as soon as possible, especially for duvets and down comforters.

At this time, there are a handful of items that we cannot accept for cleaning due to the nature of the item or the risk they may pose to our team. We cannot accept the following items for cleaning:
Certain non-clothing items (These specific non-clothing items often require a specialized cleaning process that we are not equipped to provide as clothing care experts):
• Pillows
• Curtains
• Commercial linens
• Sofa covers
• Rugs (bath rugs and/or small throw rugs are the exception)
Contaminated items (We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to the safety of our team and/ or the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. These include items that have been contaminated with):
• Bodily fluids from a human or pet
• Excessive pet hair
• Tar
• Moisture if the item is still wet or damp
• Mildew
• Bedbugs
• Poison ivy or poison oak oils
• Hazardous chemical residue
Specialty care clothing items (These clothing items require specialty care that falls outside of our area of expertise):
• Wedding dresses
• Vintage clothes (in some cases)
• Costumes
• Hats/Headwear
• Shoes
• Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats)
• Purses/handbags
